The free continental breakfast and coffee machine as well as the free open bar every night was much appreciated. Having washer/dryers on site was also very convenient.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. Highly recommend. "

"The room was neat and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel was in a good area to see Shinjuku. I like that there was a Lawson at the bottom of the hotel for quick food and drinks. I would recommend this place for adults, not families. I would come back again for sure."

"From the time i gt to the hotel the staff and the room was amazing. It was my husband and daughter first time out of the country and they didnt realize how humble others could be. The staff made sure we were greeted and treared from the day we arrive to the day we left. The rating of a 5 isn't the proper value to give this hotel. I would give them a 9.8 star. Thank you everyone for makkng my husband dream come true. "

"Nice clean comfy stay! Room was slightly small for 2 big lugagge but still able to accommodate and move around. Location is abit further from the train station (Tochomae) and quite a far walk (20mins) to Shinjuku main station. Really quiet neighbourhood across the park. Very nice bakery for breakfast options and decent coffee too. Only thing lacking was the number of power sockets available in the room for charging devices."
