"I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Radisson Blu, which advertises itself as a five-star experience but fell far short in nearly every aspect. First, there was constant fire alarm testing happening all day long, with sirens going off repeatedly throughout the building. It made it impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge.
