He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. Our room had a gorgeous view. "

"Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures."

"our host here has to be the best we’ve encountered! she was extremely helpful with sightseeing directions , accommodating with the room and food, instantly responsive to requests. we somehow had quite a bunch of requests too. I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. "Before you book: if you haven't stay on a mountain hotel, and you don't know how to handle some bugs or moisture, don't book. This hotel is in the mountain, so there are bugs and moisture visible. Fungus on the shower curtain, and the hotel needs maintanance, but overall great. Chinese beds, and if you can, as almost all budget hotels, bring your own router, as wifi is low.
