The hotel owner took care of everything and also helped us build an itinerary. This was crucial as the ones you find online are very confusing. And because she actually hikes in the park frequently, she can customize it to your needs and the weather. The views you get from the hotel is also exceptional."

Fei fei, our hotel manager and daytime planner, was equally incredible in her suggestions and for the way she planned our days and evenings exploring the national park and attractions in the city of Zhangjiajie. When we come back, it will only be to this hotel - our stay was that memorable and perfect. Could not recommend enough."

"I had a wonderful stay at Fungee S in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. The staff is wonderful and always helpful especially the mgr Ms. Zhao. After checking in, she helped me sorted out my tickets to the national park, recommended routes for my sightseeing and the hikes/treks to take. The room is nicely appointed to make you feel right at home. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Heck, they even wash your clothes for free and the daily afternoon tea/cocktail are much appreciated. The breakfast...

"The room is old, dark, small, and smelly. They do not deserve the label "five star" hotel. The toilet is so old and low quality you have to push down multiple times for it to finally flush. The air conditioner barely works and will stay warm no matter how much colder you set the thermostat to be. The view is ugly too. Save your money and go elsewhere. The bell service is the worst, they will never come out when you arrived and have luggage, so you will definitely have to take out your luggage...
