"Nice property with a lovely outside area. There are chairs and a pool. They also have a basketball area. It’s one of the better outside areas I have seen in Irvine. This hotel is close to Food and shopping as well. Extremely nice staff at check in. Huge difference from the Homewood down the street. Great place for families."

"The room was dated. The sliding door to the bathroom would not stay closed and had no lock. We had to wedge something in it to keep it closed. The sleeper sofa was very worn and no blanket or pillow was in the trim for it. We called the front desk and it took about an hour to get pillows. When I asked about the blanket they said they had none and they would look and let me know. They never got back to me. My 8 year old son slept with his clothes on and a sheet for a blanket."

Next to convenience store and gas station - Free and lot of parking Cons: - smelled like pet pee in certain corners of our room. Halls smelled moldy, musty, and like pet pee - bed under the sheet wasn’t fully clean. Had a piece of hair and some yellow thing. Beds were creaky - Had to ask front desk for...
