"We stayed here for our first family Trip to Disney 5.8.26. It was overall a great experience. I didn’t give 5 stars because the WiiFii in the Poolside rooms are HORRIBLE. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we loved the basketball court, pool and fire pit! I would stay there again if they fixed the WiiFii service . They did comp the parking to accommodate for the bad internet service."

"The staff was really patient. There was a guest she was helping who was irate and the staff was patient and calm. When it was my turn to check in, the staff apologized and quickly helped me check in. The breakfast was clean and neat. The staff operating the breakfast was kind and helpful. I enjoyed our one night stay."

"It's an older property. Could use updating. Room could use a deep cleaning. Finger prints seen on all dark surfaces. Drip marks running down back of bathroom door. Room doors slam shut very loudly. I was woken at 2 am by someone's door repeatedly slamming. The parking lot is tight and unorganized. I don't understand why they charge 10.00 to park there."

"This hotel was fine. If you get a good deal on the nightly rate and you just have one night to stay there, it should be fine. Positives, the room is clean and they did a decent job with the interiors. The continental breakfast was also much better than I thought it was going to be with the waffle maker, eggs, and sausage included. The location is also pretty convenient and the pricing was great. The beds are also comfortable enough and it's nice having a small refrigerator and microwave in the...

"Staff was extremely wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the room was very clean. Desk receptionist was very informative and knowledgeable when it came to answering questions. Pool was amazing and the lobby was clean."

"This had to be the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Floor was so filthy our feet were black just by walking barefoot for a few minutes. Disgusting. AC did not cool the entire time. Several of the electric outlets did not work. Floorboards were lifting. Would not recommend. Had someone posing as Security knocking on our door in the middle of the night."
