"We have stayed at this property several times over the years and each time includes a major upgrad such as large split system aircon/ heater, crim safe screen and renovated laundry and shower recess. We will keep coming back to the cozy wood fire, 900m oven, enormous deck surrounded by beautiful mature trees and walking distance to the cafe, foreshore, country club and short drive to the new brewery, Lancelin, seabird and Two rocks amenities."

"Great location with a fabulous cafe, Orion, 10 mins walk away. We stayed 2 nights & did not cook at the property but had take away (local Indian, very good) or ate at the wonderful cafe.Teds were comfy, water was hot & for 3 adults the house was rustic but perfect - would stay again. Thank you"

"We had a great stay, very quiet and relaxing. House was perfect for our needs and the view was very nice. Tip, take some binoculars there is lots to watch on the river. Caught some small bream for fun and had a great night at the country club."

Both river and beach were within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the kids all enjoyed the bunk beds in their rooms. We'll definitely be back again."

"Great location. Fanastic outdoor eating/bbq area. Dog-friendly. Lots of space. Although the living room areas are air-conditioned, the bedrooms are not, which made them quite hot at night in February. There was one fan that worked but it was very noisy. Quiet fans in all bedrooms would be good."

"Celebration for mother's birthday. Brought the family together from various locations. The pool table was a boon as was the large living space and enclosed verandah on a winter's day. Good size kitchen & dining room so we were never tripping over one another."

Tick tick tick - we could literally choose our own sleeping arrangements and we all felt we had our own little space. The house was great - lovely garden out the back for bubba and the dogs. It was a secure garden for both. The cafe and tavern within walking distance which was great too ! The house had everything !! Needed nothing extra apart from Our own...
