"I truly appreciated an 8am check in after a long flight. The staff were lovely. The room was clean but showed signs of past occupants such as hairs in the sink. I would stay here again. "

"Went on a mother and daughter trip room was lovely breakfast good value bathroom very clean the hotel situated close walking distance to Collins, Burke street Flinders Street was very pleasant place to stay and affordable. The staff are great very pleasant and helpful."

"It was most amazing experience Staffs were truly professional,5 star service,from reception front desk staffs (special thanks to Megan especially for her warm welcome,professionalism and friendly service) Concierge and housekeeping staffs were top notch ,room was super clean. Staffs were so attentative to my needs,they gave me a bottle of wine on my birthday A must stay for anyone visiting sydney. The view from hotel was super amazing. Hotel was so close to train and restaurants. "

"The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is in a prime spot and is very safety conscious using Hotel Keycards as gain access to areas inside the hotel as well as the carpark. Ross, at front reception was friendly, helpful and approachable he was lovely. Buffet Breakfast was great and you can request make your own omelettes or eggs.
