Fabulous views, nicely appointed kitchen with new quality appliances and comfy beds. This is a beach house with a lovely aspect. Being able to drive up to the house meant our elderly relative didn't have to tackle stairs. The first place we've stayed where the blurb didn't do justice to the reality.

The shower advisable to leave some time in between the next person that enters. For 4 pax, the last pax that showered experienced cold water despite turning on hot water only. The metal cabinet housing the meters outside the house tends to be noisy especially when it gets windy at night. Toilet somehow also had quite a few insects despite windows all closed. Other than that, kitchen was amazing with good enough stove and even a coffee capsule machine. Do note the only aircon is available at the living room dining area, hence heating or cooling is not as effective in rooms.

Beautiful location and property has all of the essentials. The views are stunning and walking distance to beach, food and coffee was awesome. Will stay again!

Happy stayers

Lovely little beach house, parts of which were a little shabby but that gave it charm. Great place to relax. Would have liked an extra blanket on the bed and some hand towels. I would stay there again.

This beachouse had everything we needed and was in walking distance to cafe and lagoon. Great sunsets from the balcony.

There was a beautiful view of yanchep lagoon. The rooms were nice and spacious and the living areas were nicely decorated and comfortable. Our kids loved the space. It would be an amazing place to stay in summer and spring.

Girls weekend

Great location with a fabulous cafe, Orion, 10 mins walk away. We stayed 2 nights & did not cook at the property but had take away (local Indian, very good) or ate at the wonderful cafe.Teds were comfy, water was hot & for 3 adults the house was rustic but perfect - would stay again. Thank you

Beach House with Excellent views

True beach house!!.. with Ok ammenities relative to the great price. We enjoyed being able to just relax and enjoy the beaches nearby and amazing views from the balcony. The house is a classic beach house so expect no more and you won't be disappointed.

Location perfect, views absolutely spectacular. No bin bags and a slight problem with ants. Drain in the bathroom vanity need’s unblocking.Other than that the house was neat and clean and would definitely stay there again.
