"This used to be my school until 1982 and it has been lovingly restored into a beautiful hotel with great amenities in amazing grounds. Ample parking and a safe environment leads to a peaceful and relaxing stay. "

"This was a phenomenal hotel right before leaving. Almost worth staying longer. Breakfast was great tons of options, lots of food. There are several restaurants/bars on the main floor so you have options. Only downside is the terminal shuttle is not free (which isnt very clear)"

"First time I've stayed since it was taken over and revamped, personally, I preferred the older-style rooms. The location by the Thames is still a huge bonus. There is only one lift, which is quite small, a problem for disabled guests."

"Great food, clean, but there are no power outlets in the bathroom. The bath is exceedingly dangerous btw with a tub a foot up and no shower door. I felt unsafe in the shower"

"Great for our single overnight stay after a trip to Twickenham- it’s about a 30 min easy walk to the ground and we were lucky enough to get one of the dozen or so parking spaces which cost £20 per 24 hours. The gym and pool are excellent and the onsite Thai massage also extremely good. Next doors authentic Indian was one of the best we’ve ever had. Room was fine a bit tired and my pillow had seen much better days but overall excellent value for money with a Greggs and Costa around the corner for...

"I was absolutely over the moon with this hotel. Don't listen to the negative reviews. It was an absolute delight. Anil and the Nepalese manager (didn't catch the name) were so pleasant and they were friendly, helpful and great at their job! And the cleaner with the red hair was top notch! I had a quadruple room for 3 people for 2 nights and it was HUGE. It was one of the biggest rooms I've stayed in. I was so impressed that the ironing board, iron, hairdryer, extra blankets and extra pillows...
