"Front desk customer service was top tier. I'm not sure if it's Texas itself but everyone is so polite here! The room is cute. Comfy. The beds are amazing slept wonderful. Shower is hot which I love love. Double tvs so the kiddos can watch their own. 10/10!"

"I wasnt expecting this hotel to be as fancy as it was. Whenever it showed that they had suites i wasnt expecting a studio style room with a beautiful shower and spacious layout, but i was pleasantly surprised. They also had a pool and workout room on location."

"We stayed at the Madison as part of our first time visit to Palo Duro Canyon. I was a bit reluctant to book based on other reviews mentioning issues with their check in code, but I was so pleased with the check in process because there were no lines, or papers to sign, or elevators to fight with. I called the customer service number the day prior to check in to be sure things were going to go as expected and received a very friendly and professional answer on the first ring. "The staff have been so nice and accommodating! We were surprised to see a bar in the hotel, my husband and I snuck away while the teen watched the other kids in the room so we could have a relaxing drink. The bartender was so sweet. Rooms are clean, pool is ok needs a little updating but functional and fun for the kids. Had a nice stay. "
