"Clean hotel. Very good for families with kids."

"I accidentally left a bag containing expensive clothing in my room. While I understand it was my responsibility and I take ownership for that, I am extremely disappointed that it was never turned in to the front desk. I have stayed at this location multiple times this year and have always chosen this hotel because I trusted the service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. Because of the way this situation was handled, I will no longer be staying at this location...

"No housekeeping- we stayed 2 night and they apologized and offered to do it tomorrow- which was the day we left. Shower door had stripping loose, safe did not work at all, bathroom main door would not stay closed so it let sunlight it a daybreak. The hotel staff was unable to find my Bonvoy account until the next day when I showed it to them. People were very kind, just not up to what we would expect"

"The beds were as old as the building We saw the lumpy mattress, pushed on them with our hands and started laughing and walked right out and went elsewhere"

"The apt is great. Very cute and immaculately clean. Quiet despite being on the frontage road. Our stay would’ve been perfect but the WiFi was not working and we couldn’t find the modem/router. So no wifi meant no tv since it’s streaming. We wanted to get home to use the wifi since cell service in town was bad, but no luck. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged so we had to be using the kitchen sink. Parking is limited (and tight) to one spot since it’s 6 units together in the building."

"This is how it's done!! Check in was a breeze staff was so friendly even with a line at check in. Sheryl was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her. She made our experience delightful and stress free which is what a trip is all about. We will definitely revisit !!!"

"Cheap hotel room. Was moved because room was not cleaned. New room's TV never worked right and had to call maintenance daily. Had to get bath towels from front desk. Kids screamed and yelled in pool until after 11 pm. Staff worked hard to remedy all issues. Rooms obviously very old, paint peeling etc. Breakfast was pathetic. Only a cook for eggs, loaf of bread, coffee and watered down juice."
