"Clean hotel. Very good for families with kids."

"No housekeeping- we stayed 2 night and they apologized and offered to do it tomorrow- which was the day we left. Shower door had stripping loose, safe did not work at all, bathroom main door would not stay closed so it let sunlight it a daybreak. The hotel staff was unable to find my Bonvoy account until the next day when I showed it to them. People were very kind, just not up to what we would expect"

"I accidentally left a bag containing expensive clothing in my room. While I understand it was my responsibility and I take ownership for that, I am extremely disappointed that it was never turned in to the front desk. I have stayed at this location multiple times this year and have always chosen this hotel because I trusted the service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. Seems like they start painting but run out of paint , then decided to rent the room. No shower head in the shower, just leftover piece . Outside few doors down two cars without wheels /doors- looks like someone was staying for too long at the hotel. Just don’t try it"

"Positive reviews on Expedia will make you question the validity and trustworthiness of reviews. This place was labeled as "family friendly" and it is right next to an adult lingerie shop complete with the homeless encampment on the side. There is a huge billboard out front (not the hotel's billboard) advertising an adult sex toy shop in the area. The area looks sketchy. You would be better to go 2 miles down the road.
