"Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key."

"I would like to share my experience to help future travelers.
The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us.

"Clean apartment with great security, bus and train mins away, laundry in the basement, and the host was great with easy communication. Supermarket around the corner.
Only issue I had was I didnt realize the apartment doesnt have air conditioning, but that my fault for not reading the apartment details. Leaving windows open would let flies/mosquitos in and the trains screeching sound was loud. The location was great, but its a good 20-25 from Zurich HB. Which adds time for long haul trips to...

"This was a short stay. Though the online registration didn't work until I called, they helped me promptly and it was fine. Everything else was great.
Make sure you have a working phone, you mustuse it at several stages to get to your room."

"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "
