"My family and I had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The price was very economical and close to downtown Cleveland where we needed to be for an event. They have a HUGE heated indoor pool that my kids absolutely loved. "Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

Property is close and walked to the Falls. Make sure to include 2 adult breakfasts during your online reservations. Good restaurants nearby. PARKING FREE and on the Property. The pools were really nice. One pool inside and out. The jacuzzi WAS AMAZING!!! MUST COME BACK to this hotel."

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."
