"The room was NOT as advertised. And not just mildly different, it was not even remotely comparable! It was dirty. The doors were taped shut. The curtains were wet and falling off the window. The sofa was filthy and falling apart. We asked for a refund and were denied so we just left."

My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"Our room felt outdated, with water stains on the bathroom ceiling, and chips in the wood furniture. Lobby was spacious and clean, and the staff are very kind. We did not utilize the on-site restaurant or the gym so I cannot rate those amenities. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. They also offered a parking garage pass, at a discounted price, which was helpful. Hotel is in a great location, with lots of eateries within walking distance. This would’ve been a great hotel...

"Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful."

"It was okay, the hallway carpet was horrible and dirty and the room had an odor, but I had Lysol and 91 percent alcohol. The bathroom around the baseboard was not too clean, but my grandson enjoyed the pool and staff was great. Need upgrade on room furniture."
