"This was the most amazing and absolutely perfect place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and the host Christa was PERFECT!! So responsive and attentive to our needs!! We will definitely be back to this house for a getaway to the country!! Highly recommend this house and 12 Armadillos in general for a place to stay with a large group!! The bathroom in each of the 6 rooms downstairs was an AMAZING GAME CHANGER!! "

"This house checked all the boxes online and exceeded expectations in person. It was so inviting, the decor was beautiful without being too formal. Plenty of beds, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, easy to use technology and remotes for hot tub. We were a girls weekend but the house is stocked for families and/or couples. The office was so responsive when questions asked! Highly recommend! "

"The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is when you view the home on VRBO it doesn’t say that the train runs right in front of the house. The train runs every 30min and is very loud. We had older people with us and they hardly slept. I finally was able to go deeper and find out about the train, but it needs to be posted on the main page. Sorry wearing ear plugs didn’t help either. "

"The property was clean, inviting and very comfortable!"

"We stayed in this quaint farmhouse mainly because it was pet friendly and close to Round Top where we we’re meeting family for lunch. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the country lifestyle and peace and quiet. The outside cats were very friendly (our kids and small dog got along fine with them). Our host Natalie was very nice and communicative. Check-in and check-out was super easy."

"Stayed at the 1450 during a weekend get a way visiting historic Round Top. The house and property was very clean with top notch amenities. Would definitely recommend. "

"The actual property is much more impressive in person. There is a large front porch and back porch overlooking the property. There are huge areas of land in all 4 directions. Beautiful and very relaxing for a lady from Dallas!The interior is bright, cheerful, and very current. Delightful!"
