When I checked in I was exhausted and realized I didn’t have the correct adaptor plug. The front desk guy from Syria helped me find one and offered to charge my phone while I unpacked and showered since everything was closed. They offered me water and coffee as well. The room wasn’t luxurious but was clean, had plenty of towels and great water...
