"Overall enjoyable stay in a quaint little house in a quaint little town. Price accurately reflects the size and amenities. A couple small issues addressed with the host, who was immediately responsive. A for communication. Easy in and out. Only real issue was the large house water filter ran a cycle at 9p for an hour which made it not possible to go to bed. Host assured me they would address it for future tenants. "We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, clear, and helpful throughout. The home itself was cozy and welcoming, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. "I loved this top floor studio nestled in the heart of charming downtown Northville. In town for several nights to perform at the local theatre, this find was truly a gem. The space is beautifully designed with stylish decor, abundant natural light and thoughtful touches that made it feel arty and fun. "Ruby’s place is exactly how it is advertised! The condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and appliances. Everything you need is there and ready to use. The only drawback is the stairs upon entering. For 4 people over 60 it was hard on our knees. But we made it work. The parking lot was very convenient and allowed us to park right in front of the unit. It was very quiet and the neighborhood is very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend!"

"We stayed during our daughter’s graduation. Away from crowds and cute lake. Nice small grocery nearby. The cottage was comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. The only inconvenience we found was that it’s on well water and it’s quite rusty. We bought water for drinking and brushing teeth. We did shower, but our daughter who has very sensitive skin was a bit bothered by it. Just something to be aware of. Great host and very easy to communicate with.
