"I recently stayed at this hotel in London and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the condition of the restroom, there was visible mold on the floor, to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable stepping on it and had to stand on a towel. That alone made the stay feel very unsanitary. "We loved our stay. We received a free room upgrade and free cocktails (as I’m a Gold member). Also, the mini fridge in the room was well stocked and free to use. It was a really quiet, tucked away hotel yet it was in a great location. The rooftop bar was a real plus! We would come again. "

"A fantastic hotel with one of the best breakfasts - the bacon was top quality, thick and meaty 👍. Hubby was impressed to find poached eggs as part of the buffet and everything was piping hot (which is often not the case in other hotel buffet breakfasts). The whole property was in excellent condition and we found the room to be very quiet (even though the hotel was basically full). "

"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

The breakfast was very good (I didn’t try the other food or alcohol as I don’t drink). Great location, walking distance to many sights, the Thames, and the underground tube. I highly recommend this hotel!"
