"Keep in mind they don’t clean or make the bed daily though they empty the trash and provide new towels. Overall it was OK but not great. The folks at the front desk were nice, but seemed disorganized. Our room keys stopped working 4 times during our week long stay and I was told "the colleagues forgot you are staying a week." OK- that explains once, but why did it happen every day? Nothing like coming back after long day sightseeing with sore feet to schlep upstairs and discover your room keys...

"Had a great stay, only there for one night as needed a stopover. Property had great amenities and room was very clean, staff happy to help. Used the gym facilities, great for a short workout. Only thing I'd add is they need a weighted bag just to have the complete package. Second time staying here, would definitely stay again. Recommend to anyone staying in London.
