"The room was nicer than my apartment. I booked the room with the jetted tub, but was given the room with a sauna. That was my only disappointment. The room was amazing. There was a full kitchen in the apartment, including a large fridge and freezer. It also had everything you could possibly need to cook a small meal. The recliners were very comfortable. The bed was extra soft and had a heated mattress. The shower was extra hot and the water pressure was perfect. I really enjoyed the towel...

"This is the second time we've visited the Low Head, George Town area and wanted to stay at the pilot station.
We were not disappointed; these charming old buildings are in great condition for their age. We had trouble with the gas heater in our unit but Jodi from the kiosk came to the rescue. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and parking was onsite and close to the unit. These units are old and have some "quirky" features at times. "We just had 5 fabulous nights at Hendersons. Sitting on the front porch watching the sun set over the Tamar was magical. Hendersons is roomy, warm and flat, so perfect for my elderly and disabled parents. Shirlene and Clare were wonderful hosts. The house wanted for nothing. We would love to come back again. It was sp relaxing."
