Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole property. The locked garage is not for guests use.



Other Things to Note:

There are several stairs to get inside this property.



House Rules:

-STRICLY no smoking on site.

-No parties

-No Pets allowed

-Quiet Hours 8pm to 9am

-No commercial photography

-Max 6 guests



Please note beach access is on foot only and path to beach is not lit at night.



• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.



• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.



• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.



*For same-day bookings, a 3:00 PM check-in may not always be possible due to our cleaning schedule. We will have the property ready for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
