Inside the home, you’ll find two comfortable queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The main level offers a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen designed for gathering, dining, and relaxing.



Guests enjoy modern conveniences including fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, purified drinking water, softened shower water, and an espresso machine, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The private outdoor space gives you and your pet room to enjoy some fresh air while still being conveniently located near downtown Westminster.



Guests traveling with pets are responsible for cleaning up after them and ensuring they are respectful of the home, property, and surrounding neighborhood.



Private Backyard Oasis



One of the highlights of Green Street Oasis is its private backyard, designed for relaxing and spending time together.



The outdoor space features a custom fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, gas grills, deck, and tranquil pond, creating a wonderful setting for morning coffee, an afternoon outside with your pup, or a quiet evening after exploring Westminster.



Because there is a pond on the property, children and pets should always be supervised while outdoors.



Please note: The property’s hot tub/swim spa is currently out of service and is not available for guest use.

Green Street Oasis is located on a quiet residential street while still being within walking distance of downtown Westminster and McDaniel College.
