"While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable."

"I rented two rooms, one was fine.. the other had dirty bed sheets and the room smelled like cat urine. While the staff changed the sheets after complaining the hotel was booked so could not change rooms. Had to spray body spray all over the room repeatedly to cover the urine odor. Also elevator was not working and the rooms were way overpriced"

The receptionist (Veronica, I believe) let me know she didn't see the difference, as it's the same-size bed. "The front desk staff was not really courteous after we arrived on July 8th night around 10:30 PM. However the staff that worked from morning until 11PM on July 9th was good. The housekeeping was terrible.Hope this will be looked into by you. They did not clean the room on July 9th at all. There was no do not disturb note. Overall it the stay was just okay, not great at all!"

"The woman working the counter was very nice coming in the evening even on a holiday. She even helped with where the fireworks were gonna be in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Not much noise from others around and there was plenty of parking. I stayed in the suites and the inn was next door. The pool is in the suites but I didn’t utilize it. "The beds were amazingly comfortable and I slept without waking in the night. The temperature of the rooms were perfect. The lobby was very hot and humid so it made breakfast uncomfortable. My room had quite a few red stains on the carpet as well as I found several wayward screws on the carpet throughout the hotel.
