"The hotel was very up to date and very clean, the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was very nice!"

"Front desk staff was nice and helpful. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room felt dirty. There was constant loud noise I. Our hall way and there was never anything done by staff to help reduce the noise. Room was either extremely cold or hot. If AC was on it was really cold and if it wasn’t on then it was really hot. Only stayed to catch an early flight and it was hard to even get 5 hours of sleep with the comfort of the bed."

"This is a beautiful, well kept property. I always meet great people and enjoy the conversation over breakfast. I’ve been twice and highly recommend them. If you are traveling in summer I would not recommend the top floor. Ohio gets super hot. I went during a heat wave. The property was cool but the 3rd floor loft was a bit warm. I loved the amenities and felt deeply cared for on my visit. Thank you Tracy."

"We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We have used Expedia for years and booksat least 20-30 times per year but...
