"The room was moldy, smelly & dirty. There were also roaches & the hotel staff wasn’t accommodating at all. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible stay. 1/10."

"My daughter and I had to stay over night in Cleveland just to get some shut eye before we hit the road again because we had been driving for hours and I wish I had just paid a little more and stayed up the road. The beds had thin sheet metal under them and every time the bed was touched you could hear metal popping, and they were super hard and uncomfortable. Not to mention a neighboring room of kids had a super loud party until the early hours of the morning, so we got no rest."

When I arrived there wasn’t anyone to help with check in and we had to wait 15 minutes until someone came to check us in. Once we got to the room we noticed that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was dog hair and dirt on the floor. There was something spilled in the cupboard.
