"I was in town for my fathers very difficult surgery that requires extensive hospital stay. I requested that my reservation be moved from Tuesday to Tuesday to Monday to Monday. The host was able to accommodate however did not tell me there would be an additional 70 charge when I seen the charge, I questioned it, was told I added an additional night.which I did not. Simply changed the days but was still a week, not an extra day. Charged me without notification and refuse to refund it. I did get...

"This is an older home with quality updates. Appliances, kitchen and bath supplies were top notch. We travel with a “go box” so we have quality paper products, cleaning supplies, hangers, cooking utensils, etc. but we did not need it. Nice backyard for sitting and letting the dog run. We’ll be back."

I was a bit under stress and I have never felt so comforted and held by a community more than this one…equaling my own at home. Kaye, the property manager, was caring, giving and empathetic. "The property is very clean and well appointed. The owners were responsive when I needed to extend our check out time by an hour due to a medical emergency. The location was incredibly convenient to the oval area and was walking distance for visits to an extended family member's residence. "

"This apartment was perfect for my husbands surgery and hospital stay. We stayed here together the first night before his early morning check in and then i stay the nights he was in the hospital. It was a 10 minute walk from the door of the apartment to his hospital room on the 6th floor. Way quicker than it takes to park in the parking garage and i saved the 10 it costs too! All the amenities of home! Comfortable, affordable, and cozy! They were so accomodating and even let me extend my stay....
