"This is an older hotel that used to be a Red Roof Inn. They are making some renovations: in our room we had a new granite sink, new toilet, vinyl flooring (except around beds), fridge, and microwave. The tub was older & shows years of wear that makes it look unclean, maybe reglazing or a chemical cleaning will resolve the issue. The beds were comfortable. However, the sheets were worn/stained. Management promptly changed sheets when we asked. Towels were bright white and looked brand new. A/C...

"Staff knocked on door at ten and ten thirty pm Said I called about needing help with tv. No I was trying to sleep. Next to door to upstairs. Slammed shut a million times before midnight. Chair in handicap shower not sturdy but shower pressure was nice. No WiFi info on checking in. No inquiry as to room in way out. Didn’t do breakfast just wanted out. Car parked under shelter in handicap area and was also the smoking area. Had to inhale massive amount of smoke while loading suitcase. Bed not...

"This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. I was a solo female traveler this trip and safety is always a priority when I’m traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time and hotel staff were so sweet and remembered that I was solo and...
