"The only thing I was disappointed with was having to pay $30.00 per night for parking and $20.00 more per night for a resort fee. That added $50.00 per night to the room. I'd rather be told the real price up front. Other than that, the employees were great and the room was fine."

" Incredible Boutique Hotel on the SF Waterfront, walking distance to the Ferry Building, waterfront bars, restaurants. Breathtaking picture perfect views of the Bay Bridge, Ocean, and surrounding neighborhoods!! Hotel Lobby home to great, iconic SF Restaurant called Perry's!! Indoor/Outdoor, sit on outdoor patio and take in view of the Bay....right across the street!!!"

"Jared was so welcoming. The rooms are large, squeaky clean, and well appointed. The text reminders (how to check out, happy hours etc) were very helpful. Check out was a breeze. The hotel itself was beautiful!"

"We picked this hotel for its location between North Beach and China Town which was perfect for us. Room was fine but so in need of an update/refresh/refurb - anything! But overall good value for such a great location with free parking. "

"This is such a beautiful place. Walking distance to the warf, restaurants and Alcatraz. A lot to do around there within walking distance. Very windy by the bay so bring a jacket. Hotel is amazing with different seating places, game room and even s’mores to make by the 3 fire pits they have. A restaurant is attached to this hotel and has wonderful and friendly staff."

"Room was clean, a view of downtown street which was beautiful during the day and night. Front desk service, Sara, in particular was very helpful! Disappointed that the bar and limited dining wasn't available until 5PM and no room service. The Market was available for delivery to room, though I did have problems using their app"
