"Perfect for what I needed it for. I stayed almost two weeks. One block from the train to get downtown, and an easy walk up Randolph to all the dining and shops in the West Loop. The place is great, with all appliances, including a clothes washer/dryer combo that makes a longer stay easy. The bed was very comfortable. The place is in great condition and updated. You do hear the L train going by all day and night, but I slept soundly with earplugs (bring some). I would definitely stay there again,...

"Hotel was conveniently located but there were some aspects thw needed refreshing. The wall mounted padded headboard was stained and sticky, toliet took 5+ minutes to fill before you could flush again"

"I love this hotel’s location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The garage attendant is a great guy! This stay there was a wedding going on at the hotel, the parking garage was full and there were noisy children and people everywhere. Understandable but still bothersome. Also the room was not as clean as other times. There was debris and other trash under the beds and the shower had a bunch of hair stuck to the wall. I regret staying there this particular time."

"This BnB was a rare find for us on our recent trip to Chicago. The location is perfect, on a quiet street, and within walking distance of great restaurants. We liked the music while we ate our tasty breakfast in the common area. Our room was very spacious and modern. A bonus was the Press Room wine bar downstairs! Would highly recommend."

The luggage storage was great to have, except our door code didn’t work before it was checkin time. We were able to get in as someone left, luckily. Otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done.
