"This place was awesome once you get checked in. There is no front desk so you are virtually checking in which did not go off easy. Also the parking is $35 dollars a day 🤔. The apartment was very nice and quiet so due to that I forgot about the check in issues and paying for parking. "

"The apartment we stayed in was great! It was a large 1-bedroom apartment with a very comfy bed. It was also extremely quiet, which was a bit surprising considering it is located right downtown. The location is excellent since the building is right in the middle of the 2nd Street Market District and is surrounded by so many restaurants."

" Very nice unit we stayed in. The property was clean and well taken care of. The deer all around was a plus. The convenience of the pools was nice. The property manager has been so kind and responsive. We highly recommend this place"

"We booked this stay for an intimate wedding we had there. The only attendees of the wedding were also guests staying with us the entire time so it made for a super convenient vacation with our loved ones and the day of the wedding provided a perfect scene for our nuptials. The photos truly do not do this location justice. I would not only recommend but would also stay here again if possible. Any issues we had during the stay were resolved immediately by the property manager. I cannot say enough...

"I had an amazing stay at this location, it exceeded my expectations. It’s located close enough to downtown and yet not square in the middle of the city. I took a great walk down to a park that is a few blocks away through a very peaceful neighborhood with many food options located relatively close. I would certainly come back next time I am in Austin!"
