"I stayed here for one night while visiting London and had a great experience. The location in Soho is excellent – very central, with many attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance.
As this is a capsule hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I found my way around immediately. The hotel itself is very new (I believe it has been open for less than a year), and everything felt modern and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and welcoming....

"Well located hotel right beside Tower Bridge and 10mins from Tower Hill tube station.
It was a nice hotel overall and didn't have anything to complain about. Only issue was, was the lack of aircon. We asked for a portable fan which did help but it still was very warm in the room."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious compared with other hotels and the locations was perfect with a lot of amenities at a walking distance. It is also located in a safe area. The A/C was not working properly when we arrive to the room but they sent a technician right away and fixed the issue within 30 minutes."

"This remodeled hotel is in the Earls Court neighborhood, convenient to the Tube and walkable to Hyde Park. The hotel offers a complimentary filtered water station, coffee, tea. There is a nice, shaded patio off the back. There are several stairs to navigate and no elevator. However, the front desk staff helped me with my large suitcase. The front desk is manned 24 hours by friendly, helpful staff, the room felt spacious for an older property and had air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable...

"A spectacular river view and nice room if you pay more. Lovely gardens for the heart of the city/Wharf. This hotel could be great if it improved a few basics. Check in was poor as they migrated to a new system. We waited 15 mins as the first in the queue with no offer of a complimentary drink. The rooms need kettles. We asked 5 times before one was delivered with tea bags also requested. Only drink on offer was coffee. Breakfast at 9.30 am was stone cold as the hotel is geared toward business...

"Lovely view from the breakfast room across the river to O2 Arena. Bedroom (standard) a good size, bath and shower in ours, much appreciated as we walked a lot and had very tired feet. Bed very comfortable with nice bedding, great aircon in room too. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and good quality produce. 10 minutes walk to East India DLR station. Morrisons local by station. Short walk to Canary Wharf with coffee shops and restaurants, we ate in Dishoom an Indian restaurant and found...

"Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else."
