"We have no complaints for our stay here, all the staff we dealt with were very kind, the room was clean, they had great amenities. Our only issue was the safe was not working when we arrived but someone came and fixed it within 10 minutes. "

The staff at the front desk, Asia and Chak, were incredibly friendly and bubbly, making the check-in process very pleasant. They even greeted me in Korean, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch. Overall, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again....
