"The staff were lovely but the hotel is a bit beat up. It is like going to a hotel at the beach. You are happy to be there but it’s rough. I don’t think I would book it again. The restaurant is actually very good!"

Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel
"I was in a basement room looking out at a retaining wall, and there was no working elevator to my floor on check-in day. The room had a palm sized spot of blood on the carpet by the sink, outside the bathroom, which I stepped on in stocking feet before I saw it. The heel of my sock was damp and red/brown. ..."
