"Our bathroom faucet had a stripped out handle for the cold water. We told them the morning of our second day. By the third day it still was not fixed. We were supposed to get a $20 food credit and it was never mentioned. Other than that, it was a nice hotel."

"Spacious, nice room. The negatives : old dirty tissue and a half-full soda bottle on the window ledge. A very noisy A/C unit. That seems to be the weakness of most North American hotels. Pleasant and helpful staff. Satisfactory breakfast choices."
