"Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. "The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. "

"Lovely apartment in a pretty, peaceful part of Zurich with very easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a supermarket. "

"The location was fantastic and the unit was very comfortable for my family of 4 plus mother-in-law. The apartment is split across multiple levels so lots of stairs but allowed for more privacy as well. Would confidently recommend this unit to someone who prioritized great location and clean and comfortable apartment. "
