"We are locals and for my birthday all I wanted was to be pool side all day. I did my research and found this development. "Everything was smooth as far as check in. The room was nice, had a muggy smell, but clean. Our first night was a disaster. We got back from the college (parents weekend)& came back to a hot muggy room. It was late - around 11 pm. Our room was set to 68 but read 77. I called the front to notify& they...

"The property is in great condition. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One small issue: there is no dishwasher or dish rack so we had to wipe all plates dry with paper towel before departure. I would also suggest that the owner reduce the number of emails and text messages sent to guests. A lot of the ones I received were duplicates and a bit annoying."
