The breakfast was good and had healthy options, which is essential for the start of the day. The location was perfect and there were an abundance of food options there. "everything basically fine, except the carpet was heavily soiled and should’ve been replaced long ago! secondly, I requested a baggage trolley to the room when checking and also when leaving and was told “We don’t provide that service”!! My wife of 85 years old and I of 87 years old had to tote our. ages to and from room without any help suggested by your very young untrained staff! Don’ think will reschedule w/ you again! Too bad as our girls both live Future Work right around the corner!"
