"Great property and location. Loved the gym. The only blemish was the hallways were always dirty. They needed a vacuum daily. And the room service was terrible. They told me it would be every second day and then I waited and waited…with nothing. I called and arranged service, was out all day, only to come home with it still not done. Just terrible. It took 3 calls to get my room cleaned. Housekeeping department obviously has a serious problem."

"To start, breakfast needs improvement. The melons were too hard and not juicy at all but the watermelon was too ripe. Alot of the bacon wasn't cooked so I literally had to dig for some coke bacon. In my room, the bathroom had a constant bad order and it wasn't from just using the toilet. There was no bottle water in the room and the filter water in a separate spout on the sink tasted too much chemicals in the water. "Friendly Staff, right in the middle of Little India. Visiting Singapore, craving for yummy Indian food and want to stay in a clean affordable place? Owen house is your answer!! Nice place, friendly staff and excellent restaurants and shops nearby at walking distance , including the world famous mustafa center right across the street. PS: This place won’t be super luxurious but will do the job, the room that was given to us in the 4th floor didn’t have a balcony."
