"We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. "Our room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily during our stay. The beds were very comfortable . The only improvement could have been a brighter light over the sink. I would totally recommend staying here."

"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."

"Excellent location to Smokey Mtn Natl Park. A bit far for walking to downtown areas. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. Microwave, mini fridge & balcony a plus. Vanity area ok for 1 person, otherwise a bit small. Breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, pancakes & cereals. If walking wasn’t a problem for me, I would stay here again."

"Suite was big and clean. Two separate bedrooms sharing a single bathroom. No balcony and smelled musty. Lots of towels provided. Water pressure was great. Coffee maker had water still in it from a previous guest, so I was afraid to use it since it obviously doesn’t get cleaned or disinfected between guests."
