When we arrived we received keys that didn’t work so we asked 2 different people who were cleaning rooms and they both ignored me when I ask them a question about the keys. Other than that the check in person was so nice and efficient and the restaurant personnel go above and beyond to make your stay amazing "

"From the moment we checked in the staff have been faultless, great English, extremely helpful and friendly. Stayed here in order to run the Amsterdam marathon and the experience has been great. Ordered pizzas for dinner here and they were delightful! Freshly made, packed with flavour and delicious! The room was compact but had EVERYTHING you could need, innovative tech made the rooms fun and meant you could control everything seamlessly! Really enjoyed my stay here "
