"This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place."

"Made a quick trip to Phoenix, the condo was in a great neighborhood, and very convenient to the freeway, Biltmore, Arcadia, Scottsdale and Downtown.The beds were comfy and we easily slept 4. Provided crates, and food and water dishes for dogs. Very clean. Check in and check out could not have been easier, and Will, the host was great. "

"I will definitely come back, property was super clean, pool beautiful and canopy beyond cute, super clean, and amenities were all covered making travel go super smooth. Host was easy to get a hold of and very helpful."

"This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field.
Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1...
