"What a hidden gem that we were blessed to find. Right in front of the trains station. Exiting the building you are welcomed by a Starbucks and 7-11 and restaurants and UNIQLO asks shopping AND AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE. We got the two bedroom with a livingroom and kitchen. The fridge and microwave was a blessing. Just remember this pix to find the entrance pretty tricky"

"Le logement était propre et proche de la station de métro Hatagaya, ainsi qu’à deux pas d’un convenience store et beaucoup de boutiques autour. Il était facile d’accès et les instructions étaient claires. Attention : si les voisins du dessous sont bruyants, cela s’entend, mais cela ne relève pas de la responsabilité de l’hôte."

"The hotel is not in walking distance to anything. There were trains and subways within a 5 minute walk but you need to take mass transit options or a taxi to anything in Shibuya, Shinjuku or any where in Tokyo. There are restaurants nearby that you can walk to. The hotel itself is dated and the common areas were musty smelling and the carpets were badly stained. The room however very clean. The staff did a nice job in their efforts to make us happy and comfortable"

"Small but clean room. The refrigerator smelled a bit every time I opened it, but other than that, it was fine. I wish they had wash cloths for amenity. The location was very good. Very convenient for getting food and riding JR trains."

"立地や金額などは問題なかったのですが、敷布団を使う時に広げたら大きな茶色のシミがついているのを家族全員で見てしまいかなり不快な気持ちにになりました…なんとか一名が我慢し敷布団を使用しましたが気持ちいいものではありません。 ベッドの方は問題なかったと思います。トイレ、バスルームもひとつなので4人で泊まるには少し不便でした。テレビのある部屋で寝た家族は近隣の居酒屋の客の声が朝方まで響き眠れなかったみたいです。"

"We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. "

"This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"

"From the picture, i see there is a sofa, but for unknown reason (maybe because expedia mistakenly send there will be 2 renter?) , that they transform the sofa into a bed, which make me difficult to sit and works with table. But in general it is a good place, near to the metro station, near to a convenience store, just 20 minutes can arrive shibuya, got washing machine, place to dry clothes. So prettu recommend it"

The hotel is located on a quiet street, but still within easy walking distance of convenience stores, a subway station, and several attractions, including the government building. The room isn’t particularly large, but it’s laid out well and gets the job done. One thing I appreciated was the space under the bed for storing luggage, which helped keep the room from feeling too cramped.
