"The room was fine, and had a microwave and fridge. The shower was slippery, and water splashed everywhere because there was nothing separating it from the floor. The residents staying there would make most people uncomfortable. I believe several of them lived there. There was a lot of traffic in and out; people were sleeping in their cars, and working on cars in the parking lot."

"We were not told, but they only clean the rooms every other day. Property is currently very clean, but you can see on going maintenance may be lacking: weeds in rock beds, thresh hold to our room loose and trip hazard, walkway light at back entrance appears to have been run into and was not standing straight, lower entrance on northend of building does not close securely by itself, which is a safety hazard."

"When we arrived on Friday July 3rd, we found that the door to our room was broken, would not lock. Asked front desk to have it fixed or change rooms. We were told that they had no maintenance available until Monday, and that they were fully booked. Told her we would have to cancel our reservations and find another hotel. She said that because we booked through Expedia, we would have to go back through them for a refund. Asked her to contact them, to make sure that I would get a full refund,...
