"Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A very nice boutique hotel with great access to the old town. As expected with this type of hotels, there is no onsite parking, but fortunately, the parking garage is just across the street (literally 1 minute walk). Because the bar was closed on Sunday, received beverage credit on Monday breakfast for a premium order (got egg benedict). Overally, really liked the stay and would repeat. "

"The most wonderful part of staying at Hotel Goldgasse is the Manager Ulrieke. When I arrive, she greeted me by name, even if I saw her in the street she greeted me by name. "Enjoyed my stay grounds are beautiful. I didn’t stay in the palace but in the building next store. My room was a basic single room. It was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again. The area and palace is beautiful and the breakfast in the palace was the best I have had at a hotel. Staff was nice and professional. The young lady who checked me out was especially helpful and nice. "
