"Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. "

"Amazing resort with beautiful beach and pools, friendly staff, and great food. The only downside was that all the restaurants are a-la-carte, and even the breakfast buffet requires you to wait for tea/coffee service and to sign a bill afterwards (even if you purchased the all-inclusive dining option you still need to sign for tip and "charge" to room). The service at the restaurants is extremely slow (expect 1.5 hours for lunch and 2 hours for dinner) so it's hard for families with small kids...

"I made perfect choice booking the guest house whoch was close to Castries. The place was clean and so very comfortable. Well equiped kitchen with everything you would need for the trip. What sold me was the service. Anne, the owner is a super wonderful host. We arrived on the ferry after 9pm. She collected us from ferry dock. "I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism.
