She was concerned about whether we were hungry or in need of a supermarket stop. Then she brought us to a food truck so my brother who complained of hunger could get...

"View is amazing and property looks like pictures. Reasonable set up of room but no kitchen or restaurants in close distance. Wouldn’t recommend if don’t have access to vehicle"

"Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. "

"Friendliest accommodations we have ever stayed at. Staff knew our names instantly, the assistance we received was outstanding. Our boat tour that I had prebooked cancelled on us last minute. The front desk staff had me booked on a new tour instantly. We rented our own car, in hindsight I wish I would have rented from Villa Beach Cottages (they pick you up and return you to airport) would have been lovely. Our room was huge and had a wonderful veranda. Would stay here again if we are lucky enough...

"Very quiet & peaceful where I was staying at the top of the funicular. But also lively when I walked down to the main part of the Bay. Lots of eating options - Hurricane Hole & Chateau Mygo are both good. "

"Amazing resort with beautiful beach and pools, friendly staff, and great food. The only downside was that all the restaurants are a-la-carte, and even the breakfast buffet requires you to wait for tea/coffee service and to sign a bill afterwards (even if you purchased the all-inclusive dining option you still need to sign for tip and "charge" to room). The service at the restaurants is extremely slow (expect 1.5 hours for lunch and 2 hours for dinner) so it's hard for families with small kids...

"I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say...

"The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again."

"Such a fun, hip hotel with nonstop energy and activities! There’s always something going on—from sports to social events—so it never feels dull. The daily spa treatments were absolutely amazing and a perfect way to unwind in between all the action. The beach was stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing vibe. The food was outstanding. Everything was delicious, fresh, and still managed to be healthy, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to!"
