"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"If you want to be just steps away from the Duomo, La Scala Theatre & immerse yourself in the old city, I cannot recommend this property high enough. The facilities are very clean & modern, the bed was super comfortable & very large bathroom, plenty of room to unpack. "Breakfast was nice, but if you get there 15 minutes before close it is more limited. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Staff helped me to book airport travel and taxis around town and even change a dinner reservation. Room was comfortable. "
