"The property is very close to several churches, museums and the castle. Some of the ammenities like the pool, jacuzzi, spa are closed due to maintenance, and the parking lot is not on site, some walking required. The breakfast quality and selection were excellent!"

"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"Beautiful place and confortable. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. We got in late at night due to a family emergency (the local manager knew). We got to the property and we could not connect to the wifi and none of us had any connection. "Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. "

"Six of us stayed for a week in late May. The house is very comfortable. The seating options were somewhat limited in the living room but we brought in extra chairs from other rooms. "Es war alles wunderschön, besser noch wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig man hat viel Platz und div. Möglichkeiten im Garten im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu sitzen. "Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Campi di Sotto! Sara et Simone sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. Le contact est facile et très agréable ! L'arrivée au gîte se fait de manière simple et Sara donne tous les détails utiles. Le gîte correspond à la description et aux photos... mais en mieux !
